ZAPP-Air unterstützt die exportseitige Zoll- und Logistikabwicklung an allen deutschen Flughäfen für schnellere und vor allem effektive Prozessabläufe.Unabhängig von der Art der Anlieferung (Direktanlieferung oder Consolabfertigung) können die ATLAS-Prozesse "Voranmeldung", "Gestellung", "Ausgangsbestätigung" und "Umfuhr" automatisiert abgewickelt werden. Alle Partner sind in die Prozessabwicklung mit ZAPP-Air eingebunden (Luftfrachtspediteure, Handlingagenten, Carrier, Zoll). Bei einer Direktanlieferung über ZAPP-Air kann die Gestellung telefonisch oder über die neue Lösung ZAPP-Air mobile initiiert werden.
